Cancellation is completely free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, for any reason. In other words, if the guest cancels more than 48 hours before arrival, the cancellation will be free of charge and the full amount previously paid will be refunded.
In case of cancellation during the 48 hours prior to arrival, or no-show on the day of arrival, the amount previously paid will be forfeited.
On the day of the guest's arrival, guaranteed check-in is at 16:00.
On the day of departure, guests must leave the accommodation and return the keys before 10:00.
This rule is regulated by law in the ``Ordenació dels apartaments turístics, vil.les, xalets, bungalows i semblants a la Comunitat Valenciana´´, specifically in chapter VI, article 30:
``... it shall be understood that the right to occupy the accommodation shall begin at 5 p.m. on the first day of the contracted period and shall end at 10 a.m. on the day on which the said period ends.''
To formalise the reservation, the guest must pay 30% of the total price by credit card or bank transfer. The maximum period for payment from the moment of booking is 7 days.
Once the payment has been made, the guest will receive an email with the confirmation voucher with all the arrival details. This email will be sent to the guest within 7 days after the payment has been made.
The remaining 70% is payable on collection of the keys. We accept credit cards and cash.
For bookings over 1.000 €, the remaining 70% can only be paid by credit card.
The collection and return of keys takes place at the Albert Villas office, located at Calle Colón number 15, ground floor. Our office hours are from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. *Consult opening hours in low season*.
In the case of out-of-hours check-in, we have 5 mailboxes available for independent check-in, which open with a code. Please contact us a few days before arrival to organise your arrival and provide you with the code.
If you return the keys when the office is closed, we have a box on the left hand side of the entrance door where you can deposit them.
Pets are accepted depending on the accommodation. In most accommodations you can bring your pet for a supplement that may vary depending on the type of accommodation and the duration of the booking. Please contact us for more information.
*Pets are not allowed in some accommodations.
Bed linen and cleaning are always included in the price.
Air conditioning, internet, towels or cot are services that are included or optional, depending on the accommodation.
Parking is usually included, but in certain accommodations it is an optional service.
