Located in the street Penya Ventosa, in the urbanization Cala Blanca, located in a quiet environment and close to all services. At 800 meters from the beach Las Fuentes, and only 1KM from the beginning of the natural park Sierra de Irta.
The house, divided in 3 levels, is distributed as follows:
The main access is on the lower floor, where we have a small living room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.
We go up to the main floor (by stairs), where we find a spacious living - dining room. In addition to two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds.
On this floor there is also the second bathroom.
Finally, there is a large open-plan kitchen, completely renovated, with ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
On the top floor is the master bedroom suite, very spacious, with a double bed, private bathroom and private access to the upper terrace, with chill out area ideal for enjoying the weather and the scenery.
The private outdoor area of the villa is spectacular, with a garden, barbecue, hammocks for sunbathing, shaded area for meals, and even a swing for the children.
*Guests have authorized access to the communal pool of the Cala Blanca urbanization. The swimming pool is 30 metres from the villa.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
*Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
*The villa does not have a lift
