Located in Cala Blanca, an urbanization of private villas in the street Penya Ventosa, just 400 meters from the sea and only 1 KM from the beach Las Fuentes, as well as the natural park Serra Irta.
The villa, which has a garden, garage and parking for 2 cars, and 3 terraces, is divided into 3 levels.
On the lower floor , we have in the back of the house a nice and cool outdoor area with garden , terrace with dining table , and with a parasol for the hottest hours . An ideal space to relax and enjoy total privacy.
In the front area, there is a second large terrace.
We continue with the living - dining room, very spacious and bright, double height. It has two sofas, dining room, a small area with 2 armchairs where you can read or have a drink, and a television.
The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
On this lower floor is one of the bedrooms, with a sofa-bed for 2 children or 1 adult. There is also the first bathroom with shower.
We go up to the first floor, where the 3 remaining bedrooms are.
The master bedroom, en suite, with double bed, has its own bathroom with bathtub, as well as a small private terrace.
The second bedroom has a double bed and direct access to another large terrace.
The third bedroom has two single beds and also direct access to the terrace.
We reach the upper floor, where the solarium is located.
The guests of the house have access to the communal pool of Cala Blanca, which is only 30 meters from the house. It is a very quiet pool even in high season, with a huge garden perfect for sunbathing.
