Detached house with private plot, 3 bedrooms, for 6 people.
The house is located in Calle Aralar, just 700 metres from the beach Las Fuentes and the marina, an area with bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours...
The swimming pool is shared between the 8 houses of the urbanization, and is usually very quiet and uncrowded during the whole season.
The house, divided in 2 levels (120 square meters), has WIFI and private garage, as well as a beautiful and spacious terrace with very nice views.
On the lower floor, there is the first bathroom, with shower.
Next, an independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee machine and toaster.
We continue with a spacious and cosy living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, as well as a TV and a dining table.
Through the living room we go out onto the terrace, spacious and perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner with the family, as well as to relax or read a book on the hanging swing. The orientation of the terrace makes it a cool space most of the day. The sun only shines in the early hours of the morning, and there is a parasol to cover it if you wish.
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a double bed, has its own balcony, as does the second bedroom, with twin beds.
The third bedroom also has two single beds.
On this floor is the second bathroom, with bathtub.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
*Smoking is not allowed inside.

La comunicación. Llamé para concretar y me dijeron que no me cogerían fianza.
Al coger las llaves me la pidieron, lo cual no es un problema, pues era lo que se anuncia. Lo que sí es reseñable es que dejé la fianza en tarjeta, ya que dijeron que lsee more

Lo que sí es reseñable es que dejé la fianza en tarjeta, ya que dijeron que la devolución era inmediata y a la semana y media tuve que llamar y es cuando hicieron el procesó de devolución, hoy se ha reflejado en mi cuenta, casi tres semanas después de salir. Queda la duda de si se hubiera devuelto si no llamo. |

Holiday townhouse for 6 people in Alcossebre in a rural and quiet environment, but only 400 metres from the blue flag Romana beach. The urbanization La Senia is very positively valued by the clients thanks to its very complete community facilities, with swimming pool, garden area shaded by palm trees, tennis court, and parking area. The accommodation, divided in two levels, is distributed as follows: On the lower floor, a large and cool terrace overlooking the communal garden. Inside, there is a living-dining room with a sofa-bed for 2 people. Next, an open plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and all the basics such as kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, frying pans... Finally, a renovated bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, we find the two bedrooms. One of them with its own terrace. As well as a second renovated bathroom with shower.
