The urbanization Tres Playas is very well valued by the guests, thanks to its beautiful and quiet communal facilities, with a large swimming pool + children's pool, as well as a huge garden area where you can sunbathe and relax.
Only 5 minutes from the centre of Alcossebre. Bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.
The house , which has parking and WIFI , has a private outdoor space , ideal for family relaxation with total privacy .
Divided in two levels:
On the lower floor, on the outside, a large and private terrace with awning, as well as space to park the car.
Already inside, a living-dining room with a sofa, TV, dining table and direct access to the terrace.
Next, a separate kitchen, ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine.
Also on this floor there is a toilet.
On the upper floor, the 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a private terrace.
The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds.
Finally, the second bathroom, with bathtub.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
*Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

La nevera no enfría nada, de hecho la carne y los helados los se echaron a perder. Los colchones están en muy mal estado (llevamos tatuados los muelles en el cuerpo).
