Holiday home with 3 bedrooms, with capacity for 6 people, in the urbanization Palm Beach I, in Alcocebre. Its main attraction is its large terrace, which, as can be seen in the pictures, is in front of the garden and the communal swimming pool, with direct access to it.
The house, with two floors and 95 square metres, is distributed as follows:
On the lower floor, a fully equipped independent kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster...), a bathroom with shower, and a spacious and bright living-dining room thanks to the large window leading to the terrace.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. Finally, a bathroom with bathtub.
The accommodation has WiFi in all rooms, and air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom.
It is located in a residential and family area, 550 metres from the Moro beach. The urbanization is very quiet, with 4 swimming pools and different garden areas.
*Smoking inside is forbidden.
*Parties and groups of young people are forbidden.

Faltaba menaje del hogar,cono más vasos ,y cubiertos.el mando del aire acondicionado no funcionaba en el comedor ,y no podias cambiar la temperatura. por lo demás genial.
