Palm Beach II is a family urbanization and above all, very quiet. It has 3 separate swimming pools, all of them with garden area and beautiful palm trees. It is located 600 meters from the Moro beach, and less than 5 minutes drive from the centre of Alcossebre.
The bungalow, with private parking, WIFI and air conditioning, has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and views of the pool. The second, with two single beds and access to a private terrace and solarium. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor, next to the main bathroom with bathtub.
On the lower floor, we have the ceramic hob kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine.
Next, the living-dining room, with a sofa-bed for 2 people, air conditioning, dining table and direct access to the terrace.
The terrace is spacious and cool, with an awning that allows you to stay quietly even in the hottest hours, thanks also to the orientation of the terrace.
From the terrace you have direct access through a small door to the pool and garden area.

Townhouse house for rent in Alcoceber, in the urbanization Palm Beach I. Located in a residential, family area, and only 10 minutes walk from the Moro beach and the Crisdan supermarket.
The house, with a maximum capacity for 6 people, is distributed as follows:
On the lower floor, a large terrace with views and direct access to the swimming pool and the communal garden, a very bright living-dining room (with double sofa-bed), a fully equipped independent kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster...) and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and its own terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub.
The house has WiFi in all rooms, and air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom. It also has a private parking space on the plot of the accommodation.
