In a strategic location. In an environment where you breathe peace and tranquility even in the high season months, but at the same time a short walk from the town centre and the beach (approximately 1 KM to the beach Cargador). It is located in the urbanisation Las Haciendas.
The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool, a children's pool and large gardens for sunbathing.
The flat, with capacity for 5 people, has the following distribution:
One bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, and private access to the terrace.
A second very spacious bedroom, with a double bed and a single bed, as well as fitted wardrobe and a very nice private balcony with beautiful views.
Next to the bedroom, the bathroom, with a bathtub.
The separate gas kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
Next, a spacious and cosy living-dining room, with dining table, a comfortable sofa and TV.
Access to a large terrace of 16 square meters, with barbecue, dining table, hammocks, and incredible views of the village and the sea, as well as the green of the mountain.
