This 1 bedroom flat, with capacity for 4 people, is located in the Nova Romana urbanization. On the second line of the beach, with the Crisdan supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance. And with a very nice communal area with garden and swimming pool.
The accommodation has a bedroom with double bed, and a sofa-bed for 2 people (recommended only 1 if you are an adult). A renovated bathroom with shower. A bright living-dining room, and a large and fresh terrace with sea views.
The kitchenette has a ceramic hob, as well as an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and all the basic kitchen utensils, as well as frying pans, pots, coffee maker, toaster...
The accommodation does not have an allocated parking space, but the urbanisation has free parking (there are more flats than spaces, so there is not always room).

Très propre, clair, grande terrasse avec un coin relax.

La puerta de entrada, tenia holgura y pasaba mucho aire (molestaba mucho el sonido del aire que entraba, en toda la casa. Se escuchaba incluso en el dormitorio)

Playamar is an urbanization with unbeatable location. In front of the Cargador beach, only 2 minutes walking distance to the centre of the village, where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops....
The urbanization has a communal pool surrounded by garden.
The flat , with WiFi , has 1 bedroom , and sleeps up to 4 people . It is distributed as follows:
One bedroom with two single beds , fitted wardrobe and private balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
Separate kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans....
Next, the bathroom, with a bathtub.
We continue with the living-dining room, which has a sofa-bed for 2 people (recommended only 1 if you are an adult).
Finally, a terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Cargador beach.
