Ground floor flat with 2 terraces on the first line of the Cargador beach, the biggest and best located beach of Alcossebre.
In the urbanization Albamar , located on the beachfront and only 150 meters from the centre of Alcossebre . In the surroundings of the flat there are supermarkets , bars , restaurants , shops ....
The flat, recently refurbished, with private parking space in garage, WIFI and air conditioning in all rooms, has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people.
Both bedrooms, with air conditioning, have double bed, fitted wardrobe and private access to one of the 2 terraces.
The living-dining room, also with air conditioning, is very cosy, with a very comfortable sofa, as well as a high table with stools and a flat screen TV.
The kitchen is open plan, and is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge + freezer, coffee maker, toaster .... And all the basic utensils such as pots, pans, cutlery or glasses.
The bathroom, also renovated, has a shower.
The flat has the privilege of having 2 huge private terraces with different orientation, being able to avoid or take advantage of the sun depending on the weather.
The south facing terrace has sea views, a very nice chill-out set and a table for family dining.
The north facing terrace has another dining table, also with sea views.
