Luxury flat for 6 people in the best residential area of Alcossebre.
Alcossebre Beach Resort is a high standing complex located on the seafront, and only 2 minutes walk from the Moro beach.
With spectacular communal facilities, where we can find a swimming pool from which you can see the Mediterranean, as well as a large garden area, and a driveway surrounded by palm trees. A truly special and unique tropical atmosphere.
The flat, on the ground floor, with private garage and integrated air conditioning, is distributed as follows:
A bright and very comfortable living-dining room, with a fully equipped open plan kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster....
Through the living room we access to a huge terrace, very spacious and very cool, where you can be without problem in the hottest months.
Next, we have the master bedroom en suite, with its own bathroom (with hydro-massage shower) and direct access to the terrace.
Then we find the second bedroom, with two single beds.
Finally, the second bathroom, with bathtub.
*Smoking is not allowed inside the flat.
*Parties and groups of young people are forbidden.

Holiday flat in Habitat, on the first line of the Romana beach.
Habitat is a family complex, located on the beachfront, and only 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The Crisdan supermarket is a 2 minute walk away.
The communal area is perfect for families with children, thanks to its large swimming pools (and paddling pools), the different activities organised throughout the day (water games, dancing...) and different services such as the restaurant next to the swimming pool.
The flat, with capacity for 6 people (if adults are recommended maximum of 4), is distributed as follows:
One bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe. A bunk bed in the hall. A living-dining room with double sofa bed and TV.
A kitchen, with ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
A bathroom with a shower.
And finally, a large terrace with pleasant views of a garden area.
