The flat, on the first floor, has 1 bedroom with double bed and fan and 1 bathroom with shower. The living-dining room, with sofa-bed for 2 people (recommended only 1 if adult), has an open-plan kitchen equipped with washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and all the basics such as kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans....
The living-dining room leads out onto a pleasant terrace with awning, perfect for eating and having a drink, with views of the communal swimming pool.
There is WiFi throughout the flat, and parking space in the urbanisation's car park.

Bitte ein größeres Bett für das Schlafzimmer, es ist sehr klein.
Das Schlafsofa hat einen sehr schlechten Komfort, man liegt direkt auf Metallfedern.
Für 4 Erwachsene definitiv ungeeignet. Ein großer Kochtopf für die Küche wäre schön.
