Holiday rental flat in the town centre of Alcocebre, in an unbeatable location, next to restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shops, and only 250 metres from the Cargador beach. Enjoy the convenience of not needing the car for anything.
The flat has 2 bedrooms (with standing fan) and 1 bathroom, and has a maximum capacity of 4 people. The kitchen is independent and has an oven and microwave, as well as a fridge and freezer and all the basics such as coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, various utensils...
The living-dining room is very cosy and has access to a pleasant terrace perfect for breakfast or dinner, or simply to relax.

Flat in the FIRST LINE of the Cargador beach, in the urbanization Playamar.
Playamar is an urbanization with unbeatable location. In front of the Cargador beach, only 2 minutes walking distance to the centre of the village, where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops....
The urbanization has a communal pool surrounded by garden.
The flat , with WiFi , has 1 bedroom , and sleeps up to 4 people . It is distributed as follows:
One bedroom with two single beds , fitted wardrobe and private balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
Separate kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans....
Next, the bathroom, with a bathtub.
We continue with the living-dining room, which has a sofa-bed for 2 people (recommended only 1 if you are an adult).
Finally, a terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Cargador beach.
