It is only 600 metres from the Moro beach, and less than 5 minutes drive from the town centre.
The flat, with private parking space, air conditioning and WIFI, is distributed in three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first bedroom, with double bed, air conditioning and fitted wardrobe.
The second bedroom, with two single beds and fitted wardrobe.
The third bedroom, with a trundle bed for 2 people.
The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The living-dining room is tastefully furnished and decorated and is a very pleasant and comfortable space. It has air conditioning, sofa, TV and dining table.
