In the urbanization Sol y Mar, less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Alcossebre. Excellent location.
The accommodation, with capacity for 4 people, is newly refurbished and tastefully decorated.
The distribution is as follows:
On entering, on the right hand side we have the bathroom, with bathtub and washing machine with its own small balcony. Next, we find the first bedroom, with double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe and its own balcony.
We continue to the living-dining room, an open space with an intelligent layout. On the left hand side we find the fridge (+ freezer), as well as a microwave, a table-top oven and a small dining area. On the right hand side, the kitchen with ceramic hob and a dishwasher.
In front, a dining table, and a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, as well as air conditioning and ceiling fan.
This leads to the second bedroom, equipped with a bunk bed that can sleep 2 people.
Finally, a chill-out terrace, a very pleasant space in which to enjoy the warm summer days in Alcossebre. With awning and fan.
The urbanisation is quiet and has a communal swimming pool + children's pool.
