Canaret is a small urbanization, so it is very quiet and perfect to disconnect. It has a communal swimming pool surrounded by a large garden, not very crowded even in summer.
The flat, with 2 bedrooms, has capacity for 6 people. With private parking space and air conditioning, it is distributed as follows:
An independent kitchen with ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine.
Then, a living-dining room with double sofa-bed for 2 people, TV and dining table.
Access to the terrace, spacious and south-facing, with pleasant views of the garden and pool.
We continue with the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe.
And the bathroom with shower.
*First floor with lift.
*No smoking inside the apartment.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
