El aire acondicionado no funcionó durante un día y pico y trasteandolo logramos que funcionara. Quizás un pequeño tutorial de manejo sería de desear. También falló algo de la instalación electrica pero enviaron al electricista y lo solucionó. En la osee more

En la oficina fueron muy atentos y solucionaron ambos problemas lo antes que pudieron por lo que les estamos muy agradecidos. Si tengo que apuntar algo que mejorar sería que hasta que encontramos el apartamento dimos bastantes vueltas pues nos indicaron que estaba en el primer piso y lo entendimos como el 1º, pero era más bien en la primera altura pero carece de importancia.

Canaret is a small urbanization, so it is very quiet and perfect to disconnect. It has a communal swimming pool surrounded by a large garden, not very crowded even in summer.

Then, a living-dining room with double sofa-bed for 2 people, TV and dining table.
Access to the terrace, spacious and south-facing, with pleasant views of the garden and pool.
We continue with the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe.
And the bathroom with shower.

The accommodation, with parking space in the garage, has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and private access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a double sofa-bed in the living room.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans....
The living-dining room is cosy, and gives access to a lovely south facing terrace with a small private garden, as well as a large area with a table for breakfast, lunch or dinner. From the private garden there is direct access to the swimming pool.
*Smoking is not allowed inside.
