The living-dining room is spacious and bright. It has a sofa, television, dining table and large windows to enjoy the natural light and sea breeze.
Finally, we access a terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean, as well as the promenade and the beach. It is very spacious and perfect for 6 people.

La vista era fantástica, la cocina también estaba muy bien equipada, había muchas habitaciones espaciosas, un baño moderno y un aseo independiente. La ubicación es perfecta: todo está a poca distancia a pie y la playa está justo al lado.

Simplemente, informar que en este apartamento aunque dispone de ascensor, para acceder al portal hay que subir y bajar ciertos tramos de escaleras. Lo digo por las personas mayores o de movilidad reducida que condiciona su acceso.

La neteja del apartament era molt correcta, i es notava q el personal de neteja havia fet una bona feina, si de cas va ser una llastima trobar uns calcetins gastats entre els dos llits de l'habitació xicoteta, comprenc q era un lloc difícil de vore, see more

Playamar is an urbanization with unbeatable location. In front of the Cargador beach, only 2 minutes walking distance to the centre of the village, where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops....
The urbanization has a communal pool surrounded by garden.
The flat , with WiFi , has 1 bedroom , and sleeps up to 4 people . It is distributed as follows:
One bedroom with two single beds , fitted wardrobe and private balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
Separate kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans....
Next, the bathroom, with a bathtub.
We continue with the living-dining room, which has a sofa-bed for 2 people (recommended only 1 if you are an adult).
Finally, a terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Cargador beach.
