Unbeatable location. Holiday flat on the second line of the Cargador beach (100 metres away), and only 250 metres from the town centre of Alcossebre. Tastefully furnished and with good qualities (recently refurbished), with high speed WiFi and air conditioning. It has 1 bedroom with double bed and a double sofa-bed. The maximum capacity is 4 people.
The living-dining room is very cosy, and the open-plan kitchen is very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster...). It has a bathroom with shower.
The terrace, with partial sea views, is small but perfect for 4 people.
It has a parking space in the garage of the same building.

The TV has a stand and can be rotated to watch from wherever you want.
Next, a bar with 2 stools, perfect for a drink with your partner or family, or even to eat.
We continue with the open plan kitchen, ceramic hob, fully equipped (washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, frying pans ...). ) .
The decoration is summery and cosy, with plants and a combination of white and blue to match the sea.
We access to the terrace, with unbeatable views of the blue sea. It has a table for 4, and its orientation makes it a cool and pleasant space throughout the day, even in the hottest hours.

Flat in the FIRST LINE of the Cargador beach, in the urbanization Playamar.
Playamar is an urbanization with unbeatable location. In front of the Cargador beach, only 2 minutes walking distance to the centre of the village, where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops....
The urbanization has a communal pool surrounded by garden.
The flat , with WiFi , has 1 bedroom , and sleeps up to 4 people . It is distributed as follows:
One bedroom with two single beds , fitted wardrobe and private balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
Separate kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans....
Next, the bathroom, with a bathtub.
We continue with the living-dining room, which has a sofa-bed for 2 people (recommended only 1 if you are an adult).
Finally, a terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Cargador beach.
*Second floor without lift*.
