Beautiful apartment for rent in Alcossebre Beach Resort, the preferred and best rated urbanization by our guests in Alcossebre.
With a spectacular communal area, where we can find a swimming pool from which you can see the Mediterranean sea, as well as a large garden area, and a driveway surrounded by palm trees. A truly special and unique tropical atmosphere.
The flat, of 70 square meters, is distributed in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom, en suite, has a double bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The kitchen is open plan, very well equipped and open to a very cosy living-dining room, which leads to the terrace, perfect for breakfast and lunch for 4 people, with lateral sea views.
The flat has WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms. It is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, etc.... And all the basics.

The TV has a stand and can be rotated to watch from wherever you want.
Next, a bar with 2 stools, perfect for a drink with your partner or family, or even to eat.
We continue with the open plan kitchen, ceramic hob, fully equipped (washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, frying pans ...). ) .
The decoration is summery and cosy, with plants and a combination of white and blue to match the sea.
We access to the terrace, with unbeatable views of the blue sea. It has a table for 4, and its orientation makes it a cool and pleasant space throughout the day, even in the hottest hours.

Flat in the FIRST LINE of the Cargador beach, in the urbanization Playamar.
Playamar is an urbanization with unbeatable location. In front of the Cargador beach, only 2 minutes walking distance to the centre of the village, where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops....
The urbanization has a communal pool surrounded by garden.
The flat , with WiFi , has 1 bedroom , and sleeps up to 4 people . It is distributed as follows:
One bedroom with two single beds , fitted wardrobe and private balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
Separate kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans....
Next, the bathroom, with a bathtub.
We continue with the living-dining room, which has a sofa-bed for 2 people (recommended only 1 if you are an adult).
Finally, a terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Cargador beach.
*Second floor without lift*.
