Ground floor apartment with a large private terrace in the centre of Alcossebre.
In Porta Mediterránea, an urbanization located in the heart of the village, but at the same time very quiet, thanks to the fact that the swimming pool and the beautiful garden area are surrounded by the flat blocks, giving it a lot of privacy and silence.
There is also a small children's pool.
Next to the flat are all the services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and other shops.
The flat, of 55 square meters, has garage parking, air conditioning and high speed WIFI.
It is distributed as follows:
One bedroom, with two single beds, fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
A bathroom with bathtub.
Next, the independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine.
We continue to the living room, spacious and bright, with a sofa-bed, a TV and a dining table.
We go out to a huge private terrace, with north orientation, so it is a fresh and pleasant space practically all day long. A perfect outdoor space to enjoy with the family.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
*Smoking is not allowed inside

The urbanization Parque Azahar is 2 minutes walk from the beach Cargador, 3 minutes walk from the supermarket Spar and has in its surroundings restaurants, bars and other shops. It has a communal pool + children's pool surrounded by a very nice garden area, plus a paddle tennis court exclusively for guests or residents of Parque Azahar.
