Penthouse for rent in Canaret building, less than 5 minutes walk from the Moro beach and Crisdan supermarket. Less than 5 minutes drive from the town centre.
Canaret is a small urbanization, so it is very quiet and perfect to disconnect. It has a communal swimming pool surrounded by a large garden, not very crowded even in summer.
The flat, with 2 bedrooms, has capacity for 6 people. With private parking space and air conditioning in the living room, it is distributed as follows:
An open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine.
Next, a living-dining room with sofa-bed, TV and dining table.
Access to the first terrace, spacious and south facing, with pleasant views of the garden and pool.
The second terrace is huge and has views of the mountainous part of Alcossebre.
We move on to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The second one, with two single beds and wardrobe.
And the bathroom with shower.
*Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Holiday flat in Habitat, on the first line of the Romana beach.
Habitat is a family complex, located on the beachfront, and only 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The Crisdan supermarket is a 2 minute walk away.
The communal area is perfect for families with children, thanks to its large swimming pools (and paddling pools), the different activities organised throughout the day (water games, dancing...) and different services such as the restaurant next to the swimming pool.
The flat, with capacity for 6 people (if adults are recommended maximum of 4), is distributed as follows:
One bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe. A bunk bed in the hall. A living-dining room with double sofa bed and TV.
A kitchen, with ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
A bathroom with a shower.
And finally, a large terrace with pleasant views of a garden area.
