Holiday flat in Las Arenas, an ideal urbanisation for families with children. With 2 swimming pools, 2 playgrounds, 2 paddle tennis courts, and large garden areas, this urbanisation is perfect for a few days with the family.
It is only 600 metres from the Moro beach, and less than 5 minutes drive from the town centre.
The flat, on the first floor with lift, can accommodate up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms. The terrace enjoys pleasant views of the swimming pool and communal areas. It has 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
The kitchen is American style, and is equipped with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, toaster, coffee machine, and all the basic kitchen utensils.
Parking space in the building. Air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom, and high speed WiFi included.
All the accommodation in general is of good quality thanks to the constant refurbishment and maintenance work that has been carried out in recent years.

The accommodation, with parking space in the garage, has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and private access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a double sofa-bed in the living room.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans....
The living-dining room is cosy, and gives access to a lovely south facing terrace with a small private garden, as well as a large area with a table for breakfast, lunch or dinner. From the private garden there is direct access to the swimming pool.
