Alcala Blau, one of the best urbanisations in Alcossebre. Ground floor holiday flat of 80 square metres, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with capacity for 4 people, on the first line of the Moro beach.
Beautiful and spacious terrace with sea views and with direct access to the infinite communal garden, as well as to its swimming pools. Inside, a bright living-dining room, the bedrooms (one of them en suite, with its own bathroom), the second bathroom, and a fully equipped independent kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine...).
WiFi and air conditioning throughout the flat, and allocated parking space in the private grounds of the urbanisation.
*Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
*Parties and groups of young people are forbidden.

Het ruime, schone en moderne appartement in combinatie met het prettige contact dat wij vooraf en tijdens het verhuur met de verhuurder van het appartement. Zeer tevreden en zeker een plaats/appartement waar wij nogmaals zouden willen verblijven.

Het is al de 3e maal dat we hier komen en genieten steeds ten volle van dit appartement. Het is zalig vertoeven op het terras. De wagen staat veilig op een afgesloten parking onder een afdak. Het is er heel stil.

Iets meer huisraad zou wel aangenaam zijn. Geen wijnglazen. Weinig kookpotten. Van één van de gordijnen in de living is de zoom los waardoor die over de grond sleept en waardoor de gordijnen vuil zijn. In het bad manksee more

Van één van de gordijnen in de living is de zoom los waardoor die over de grond sleept en waardoor de gordijnen vuil zijn. In het bad mankeert een een rubberen afsluiting aan het glas waardoor het water over het bad spat. De zetel in de living is wel aan vervangen toe. Maar ondanks alles hebben we heel erg genoten van ons verblijf en komen we zeker terug. |

Het betreft een rustig wooncomplex waar dit mooie appartement op de begane grond is gelegen. Het onderhoud aan de tuinen is voorbeeldig en ook het zwembad wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt. Het complex ligt direct aan zee en voor het complex is een kleisee more

Het complex ligt direct aan zee en voor het complex is een klein, relatief rustig strand. Je kunt wandelen naar het dorpje (ca 1,8 km), maar ook in de directe omgeving zijn restaurants.

Zonder nu direct te willen klagen, de aanbieding die bij de huur van het appartement hoort, is dat er bij een langer verblijf, schoon beddengoed beschikbaar is. Dit is ook zo, maar daar moet je wel om vragen. Wij vergaten dat (eigen fout) en hebben hsee more

Wij zouden het beter vinden als het beddengoed bijvoorbeeld 1x per week gebracht zou worden zonder dat daarom gevraagd wordt. Kleine moeite en meer servicegericht.

Si se quiere disfrutar del ambiente del pueblo, hay un agradable paseo pegado a la costa que está bien preparado y cuidado.
El apartamento es espacioso y cómodo y lo mejor es la amplia terraza con acceso directo a la piscina de la urbanización. Es la segunda vez que lo alquilamos y repetiremos siempre que podamos. |
