The urbanization Playa Romana is on the first line, having 50 meters from the beach Romana, and 50 meters from the beach of Moro. Enjoy the convenience of having 2 different beaches at the foot of the flat. Next to the urbanisation is the Crisdan supermarket, as well as the Mirador restaurant, Rusos restaurant, Mygelatto Romana ice cream parlour, and other bars and shops.
It has a communal swimming pool, as well as a children's pool, a tennis court and beautiful garden areas with palm trees. In addition, there is free parking.

One bedroom with double bed, LED ceiling fan with different speeds, opaque curtain that serves as light and thermal insulation, and a built-in wardrobe.

Very comfortable to sleep on, with a LED ceiling fan with different speeds. An elevating coffee table, to be able to eat from the sofa. A Smart TV , with Netflix , Youtube , Amazon Prime Video .... The TV has a stand and can be rotated to watch from wherever you want.
Next, a bar with 2 stools, perfect for a drink with your partner or family, or even to eat.
We continue with the open plan kitchen, ceramic hob, fully equipped (washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, frying pans ...). ) .
The decoration is summery and cosy, with plants and a combination of white and blue to match the sea.
We access to the terrace, with unbeatable views of the blue sea. It has a table for 4, and its orientation makes it a cool and pleasant space throughout the day, even in the hottest hours.
