Lovely bungalow with a large private terrace, just 2 minutes walk from the bar and restaurant area of the marina.
The urbanisation Tres Carabelas has an excellent location, with the port and Las Fuentes beach a 2 minute walk away, and the town centre just over a 10 minute walk. It has a communal swimming pool as well as a large garden area for sunbathing.
Just in front of the urbanisation is the michelin star restaurant ``LA ATALAYA'.
The bungalow is divided in two levels and has the following distribution:
On the outside , a large terrace with awning , with a small and cosy plot surrounded by hedges , where you can enjoy outdoor meals enjoying the wonderful Mediterranean climate .
Inside, the ground floor has a bright living-dining room, with two comfortable sofas, one of them sofa-bed for 1 person. In addition, it has TV, split air conditioning and ceiling fan.
There is also an open plan kitchen, fully equipped: fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster...
On the upper floor we find the two bedrooms, completely refurbished. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a small desk area. The second bedroom, with ceiling fan, has a bunk bed for 2 people.
Finally, the bathroom, with shower.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
*Smoking is not allowed inside.
