2 bedroom townhouse for holiday rental in Palm Beach II, in Alcoceber.
Palm Beach is a quiet, family friendly urbanization with 3 communal swimming pools. All pools are surrounded by well kept gardens where you can sunbathe. Approximately 10 minutes walk from the Moro beach, and about 5 minutes drive from the centre of Alcossebre.
The house, on 2 levels, is newly renovated, furnished and tastefully decorated. It has private parking space, WiFi and air conditioning. It is distributed as follows:
Lower floor: on entering, on the left hand side we have an independent kitchen, ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker and blender-minipimer.
Next, a small toilet.
To the right, a large and bright living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and a TV, as well as a dining table.
From the living room we access to a terrace with beautiful views of the garden and pool, being very practical to go with children, because you can watch them from the terrace as there is direct access to the pool.
Upper floor: master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning. Next to it, a large bathroom with bathtub. Finally, the second bedroom, with two single beds and built-in wardrobe.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
*Smoking inside is prohibited.
