3 bedroom flat for 6 people at 150 meters from the CARGADOR BEACH. 10 minutes walk from the centre of the village. At 2 minutes by car.
Urbanisation PASCUA V, with communal pool, garden and parking space.
The accommodation (on the ground floor, but with a small flight of stairs), of 90 square metres, with high speed WiFi and parking space, has the following distribution:
On entering, on the right hand side, we have a spacious kitchen equipped with: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, pans, pots....
Next, a living-dining room, with table, TV sofa and access to the terrace. We continue to the bedrooms. The master bedroom, with private bathroom and private access to the terrace. The second bedroom, with two single beds. As well as the third bedroom, also with 2 single beds. Between both bedrooms, the second bathroom.
Finally, the terrace. A very pleasant space, where you can enjoy a meal and beautiful views of the garden and the swimming pool. It is very spacious and perfect for 6 people.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
*Smoking is not allowed inside
