In the urbanization Sierra Irta, very familiar, with very nice common areas, with swimming pool and children's pool. Only 300 meters from the beach Las Fuentes, and 10 minutes walk from the natural park Sierra d'Irta.
The flat, with integrated air conditioning in all rooms, and with private parking space in garage, is distributed as follows.
The first bedroom is en suite, with double bed, private bathroom with shower and direct access to the terrace.
The second bedroom, with two single beds.
The open plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
The living-dining room is cosy and has a dining table, a sofa-bed for 2 people, and a TV.
Finally, a large terrace with awning and north facing, and a small private garden where you can sunbathe. A real luxury where you can have breakfast, read a book or play with the children.
*Smoking is not allowed inside.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
