The urbanization Sol y Frutales is located near the centre of Alcossebre, just 2 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes walk from the Cargador beach.
It has a communal swimming pool + children's pool.
The flat, which has a parking space in the garage, has the following distribution:
The first bedroom, with double bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom, with two single beds, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.
Next to the first bedroom is the bathroom.
The living-dining room is cosy, and has a sofa-bed for 2 persons, as well as a dining table and a TV.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and toaster, and other kitchen utensils.
Finally, a large terrace perfect for 6 people, facing south.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
*Smoking is not allowed inside

Me ha parecido todo muy correcto. El alojamiento es muy agradable, estaba limpio y con todos los enseres necesarios. Y sobre todo, lo mejor, es el servicio. Gracias especialmente a Albert por enseñarnos las oficinas y enhorabuena por un negocio tan bien llevado.
