Excellent location. A few meters from the beach Las Fuentes, and 2 minutes walk from the bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors of the port. The Spar supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk away.
The flat, which has private parking space and privileged sea views, has the following distribution:
Upon entering, on the right hand side, the master bedroom en suite, with double bed, ceiling fan and private bathroom with bathtub.
On the left hand side, the second bedroom, with a bunk bed for 2 people.
Next, the second bathroom, also with bathtub.
We continue straight on to the living-dining room, which, as can be seen in the pictures, is very bright thanks to the large window. Open to the living room, the American kitchen, electric, which is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine and toaster, as well as pots, pans, cutlery, glasses....
Finally, a large terrace, a truly enjoyable space where you can have breakfast or lunch with unbeatable views of the harbour and the sea.
